Garden Design Plan

Includes the following:
An initial visit to the clients property to: review the site; go into further detail with the client as to their needs and desires; take measurements of the property; and take digital photos of the property.

BACK AT THE OFFICE, a garden design plan is drawn up that graphically shows what plant goes where. In addition, a planting chart is included on the plan that lists:
·   All plants on the plan,
·   Common and botanical names,
·   Quantities, and
·   Estimated cost of the plant material.

A written report detailing proper bed preparation, proper planting techniques, and yearly maintenance is included with this service to provide the client with instructions to help them install and maintain healthy, beautiful garden plantings.

Thumbnail photos of select plants used in the garden design, along with a brief description of said plants.

A follow-up visit to the clients home to deliver the garden design plans and to review and explain how the garden design plan will work. Any questions the client has about the design plan are answered.

PRICING: Pricing for Garden Design Plans are based on the total square footage of the area(s) to be designed, plus desired complexity of the design.

The Horticultural Consultation Report

Includes the following:
A visit to your property to review your garden landscape concerns with you, the client.

A written report that details advice on handling garden issues (such as insect pests, disease, plant nutrition),
·   Planting and maintenance tips,
·   Plant suggestions along with “thumbnail” photos of selected suggested plants, and
·   Any other garden planting concerns of the client.
The report is mailed out to the client. The client receives the report within 10 to 14 calendar days of the visit.

PRICING: The pricing for Horticultural Consultations are based on the time spent at the clients property. The cost is $150 for the 1st hour and $30 per quarter hour beyond the first hour. The cost does include the written consultation report.
